Global Nursing, Hospitals Management & Public Health Business Event & Exhibition

Official Participation & Conduct Guidelines

1. Registration & Entry Protocol

All participants must complete official registration prior to arrival. Onsite registration and badge collection will commence at 8:00 AM on April 6, 2026. Entry to conference sessions, exhibition halls, and networking areas is permitted only with a valid event badge issued by the Organizing Secretariat.

Upon confirmation, participants will receive access to the full conference agenda, exhibitor listings, and official event materials.

2. Delegate Services & Support

A dedicated Event Coordination Desk will operate throughout the event to assist delegates, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors with registration verification, session access, and general coordination. All official communications and assistance will be facilitated exclusively through the authorized event team.


3. Health, Safety & Professional Conduct

The event adheres to international public health and safety standards. All participants are expected to comply with hygiene protocols and onsite safety measures implemented across conference, exhibition, and demonstration areas.

Professional conduct is mandatory at all times. The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to deny access or participation to individuals who fail to adhere to event policies or professional standards.


4. Expert Talk & Session Guidelines


4.1 Audience & Program Focus

Sessions are curated for nursing leaders, hospital administrators, healthcare executives, public health professionals, policymakers, educators, and industry stakeholders. Presentations should align with the event’s core themes, including:

  • Nursing leadership and workforce development

  • Hospital administration and healthcare operations

  • Public health systems, policy, and population health

  • Sustainable and innovative healthcare delivery models


4.2 Presentation Standards

Expert Talks are required to use professional presentation formats with clear visuals and evidence-based content. All materials must comply with ethical standards and healthcare governance guidelines.

Presentation files (PPT/PDF) must be submitted in advance for technical review.


4.3 Expert Talk Coordination

Expert Talk must report to the Speaker Help Desk at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled session. A professional biography of approximately 150 words must be submitted in advance.


4.4 Session Duration

  • Expert / Leadership Sessions: 20–25 minutes

  • Case Studies / Innovation Briefs: 10 minutes followed by moderated Q&A

Formal business attire is mandatory for all Expert Talk.


5. Exhibition & Business Participation Guidelines

Exhibitions should reflect solutions, services, and initiatives relevant to:

  • Nursing education and workforce advancement

  • Hospital infrastructure, management, and operations

  • Public health programs, policy tools, and systems

  • Healthcare services, innovation, and delivery models

All exhibits must comply with international healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and data protection policies. The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to approve or restrict exhibition content


6. Networking & Professional Engagement

The event provides structured opportunities for professional networking, institutional collaboration, policy dialogue, and business engagement. Participants are encouraged to engage respectfully and professionally with fellow delegates, partners, and stakeholders.

Dedicated networking zones and scheduled engagement sessions will support collaboration between healthcare providers, administrators, policymakers, and industry leaders.


7. Certification & Recognition

All registered delegates, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors will receive an official Certificate of Participation or Recognition. Certificates will be digitally authenticated and issued within 2–3 business days following the event.

Special acknowledgements may be awarded for excellence in nursing leadership, hospital management, public health impact, and healthcare innovation.


8. Branding, Media & Usage Rights

By participating in the event, organizations and individuals grant permission for the use of their name, logo, and images captured during the event for official documentation, promotional materials, and post-event reporting, unless otherwise formally requested.


9. Organizing Secretariat Authority

The Organizing Secretariat retains full authority over program scheduling, session allocation, exhibition arrangements, and policy enforcement. All decisions made by the Secretariat are final and binding.
